Free Shipping is only applicable to customers that live within the 48 contiguous states of the Unites States. Our ground shipping is provided by UPS or USPS. This policy only applies to standard UPS ground shipping or USPS ground. All other forms of shipping will have a different fee, dependant on the address and type of shipping desired by the customer.

All of the Products on our website are priced at the lowest legally possible pricing. At IcebergArmyNavy.com, we know how important it is to be able to buy with confidence. This is why we have our 120% Price warranty. Every product that we offer is eligible for this policy. The policy is simple; it's a way for us to provide our customers with the lowest prices all the time. You're protected. If you see an item listed somewhere else at a cheaper price than we have on our website then you are eligible for our 120% price warranty. After you purchase the product on IcebergArmyNavy.com just send us an email with a valid link to the product, with its price. You have up to 7 days after your confirmed purchase to apply for our 120% Price Warranty. After we confirm that this information is correct and substantial we'll credit your account 100% of the difference in price, plus an additional 20% of the price difference. Our way of rewarding you. To Be Eligible for our 120% Price Warranty:

  • The price of the product that we are matching must be for an identical product by the vendor (model, color, components, etc.). The price you are comparing must include any applicable taxes and shipping charges. Let's say a store is selling one of our products cheaper than our listed price but after taxes, and shipping it costs more, then the 120% price warrantee is not applicable. To be eligible for the 120% Price warrantee the products price must be cheaper including purchase price, tax and shipping and handling.
  • The price we agree to match must be able to be verified on the Internet or through a printed advertisement and it must be in-stock for immediate shipment by an authorized dealer. The competitor's advertisement must be current, and not more than a month old. After confirming your item is available at a lower price (including taxes and shipping charges), only then will we credit your account 100% of the difference in price, plus an additional 20% of the price difference.

There are exceptions, IcebergArmyNavy.com reserves the right to refuse any comparisons on the following:

  1. Competitor's end of season sales, private deals (email coupons, etc.), end of season overstock items, Clearance sales and similar situations.
  2. 120% Lowest Price Warranty does not include used, auctioned, factory returned items or Factory 2nds and irregulars.
  3. Any and all Auctions, First time customer promotional offers, memberships, unauthorized Vendor dealers, and any stores that are not located within the United States.
  4. If the item has been discontinued from the Vendors website.

It can take up to 10 days for your approved price match request to process. After this time you will receive a credit to your account.
