How do I return an item?

We gladly offer a full 60 day return/exchange policy at IcebergArmyNavy.com.

It's real simple.

Returning For A Refund:

Just return the item or items in the same condition as they were sent to you.
Tags, stickers and packaging must still be intact on the product or products.
Please follow the instructions below.

It is recommended that you use a carrier like UPS to track your return.
Please make sure you enclose a copy of the packing slip or order in the box.
Returns will be processed after receiving the item or items back to us.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to return merchandise to us.

A refund will be issued within 7 business days of receiving your return.

Important

All orders returned for a refund will be refunded less the initial shipping charges.

If you received Free Shipping, you will be charged a flat fee of $10.00 for shipping & handling costs.
